Does this product contain actual burlap, lace & ribbon tied to the invitation?
No. All of our products are high-quality printed images. There are no three-dimensional elements to our products, they are printed paper goods and can be mailed in a standard envelope. This is how we are able to keep our costs down. If you are looking for multi-dimensional invitations with real burlap and lace, etc... there are several hand made products available through sites such as Etsy.
What is the additional cost if I need to customize the colors and/or formatting of the product?
There is absolutely no additional cost for product customization, regardless of how many revisions are required.
How do I go about getting a product customized for my wedding?
All products are fully customizable. If all you need to do is swap out the text on the invitation, them simply click the 'Purchase It Now' button to view the text formatting boxes. If you require additional customization, such as an entirely different wording template or a custom color, then select the 'Custom Request' button. This will direct an email to our design team. In this email you should be as specific as possible and include information such as:
Once we receive your custom request, we will respond within 24-48 hours and begin the customization process.
**IMPORTANT**
Do not place your order until you receive a custom product link from our design department. Once orders are placed, the designs go to the printer EXACTLY as shown on the screen; therefore, no customization can occur after an order is placed.
Will you send me a proof before I place my final order?
We will send a digital proof (via email) for your final approval. Once we get your approval, we will upload your custom product to our store and send you a direct link to this product from which you will place your order.
Can I order a sample of a product?
You can order a single sample of all of our invitations. Simply follow the 'Purchase It Now' link and select '1' as your quantity, then add to your cart.
How long will it take to receive my product once I place my order?
All of our products are printed and shipped by Zazzle from California, USA. For order placed within the continental United States, standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days once you place your order. Contact Zazzle customer support (1-888-8ZAZZLE) for estimates on orders placed outside the U.S.
